Heavy Duty Dispensers - Ref. 700-007
A more durable version of the dispenser box that is suitable for hand packing operations where the dispenser needs to be more robust. Quick and easy to load, hang tab reels can be quickly dispensed by a simple pull of the release liner. A low cost, efficient dispensing option.
Desktop Dispensers - Ref. 700-001
These semi automatic units are the first stage in automating the dispensing of hang tabs. The units have an electric rewind core that operates the dispensing action. A simple sensor identifies the next tab and holds it clear of the roll waiting to be picked. By removing the need to handle the reel, find the tab and separate from the release paper, this unit can save up to 40% of the packing time. One unit can be used by two packers as the next tab is automatically presented as soon as the last one is removed.

Machines can be electronically connected to up-line and down load equipment ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum down time. Our machines are manufactured to a high standard, and offer long term reliability whilst being configured to handle hang tabs thereby reducing any down time often associated with other applicators not specifically installed to apply hang tabs.
