Can Index make products to customer size?
Please send an email to sales@indexplastics.co.uk, or give us a call on 01256 843844. Index makes some of the products to customer size, especially hang strips™, bottle hangers, shelf ticket holders, many of acrylic leaflet holders, and of course point of sale display units.
Can I return the products I have ordered online?
Yes, you can return to Index any standard products you have ordered online. There will be a handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned products. Credit will be arranged once the goods are returned and examined. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, Index won’t be able to accept return of bespoke products, because they will be made specially for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity, but for some products that are sold in 1000s, you will only be able to order in quantity of 1000s.
What delivery services are available?
We offer next day delivery to mainland UK addresses, and two day delivery to Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles and Scilly Isles. 1st class post is also available for smaller size parcels to help you make a little saving on the delivery.
If you wish to deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the UK, please contact our sales office for delivery costs.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by credit or debit card, and if you’ll be placing orders regularly you can apply for an account. Please call 01256 843844 for an account application form.
