Index delivery arrangements for orders
Index holds stock of millions of products, which enables next day delivery for the majority of orders placed on our website.
If the products you have ordered are out of stock, our staff will contact you to advise a delivery date.
Delivery options available for website orders include 48 hour delivery to mainland UK addresses, with most parcels arriving next day. Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles and Scilly Isles deliveries take 2 working days.
First class post is also available for smaller size parcels (up to 2 kgs) to help you make a little saving on the delivery.

For orders that are in stock and placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday, we will guarantee to ship that day. After 1pm we will endeavour to do our best to despatch same day, but in some cases this may not be possible and orders will be despatched the following day. Weekend orders are despatched on Monday. On the rare occasion we are unable to ship an order within a reasonable time period, our staff will telephone or e-mail to advise when you can expect to receive your order.
