The Index Plastics Limited in-house design and development facility provides the opportunity to develop bespoke pack hanging and merchandising solutions for customers as well as creating new products for its own range.

Facilities include CAD/CAM design software and machinery for producing prototype die cut products, and injection moulded prototyping can be produced using SLS technology.

Since the introduction of this facility, many new unique products have been created for customers.

The company is keen to encourage enquiries from companies who have specific difficulties with pack hanging and point of sale accessory products. New product concepts can be turned round quickly in conjunction with prototype samples of production quality.
