PhotoNew display unit to launch trade range of drill accessories

In response to the launch of the Black & Decker 'Piranha' accessory range in B&Q, a new aisle display unit was required for the initial promotion. Corporate identity was key to the launch and Hang & Display™ were entrusted to develop a brand new solution to meet tight budget and launch times. The design team went to work.

The design had to be right for the Black and Decker brand. The display unit had to enhance the corporate image of both Black and Decker and B&Q and had to speak to and engage their customers.

To complement the brand and market image, a metal display unit was required. A concept design and three prototypes later, the project was given approval by both parties.

The display unit was completed with a full process colour surround highlighting the four 'Piranha' ranges, and rolled out across the country.
